Katrina Watkins is the board-certified nurse practitioner who leads our Paintsville clinic. She came to aesthetics the way many great injectors do — through years of hands-on patient care, where she learned that people feel best when someone actually listens. That is still how every visit with Katrina starts: a conversation about what you see in the mirror and what you would like to change, followed by an honest plan that fits your goals and your budget.
Katrina performs every treatment in the office herself, from wrinkle relaxers to InMode laser, radiofrequency and women’s wellness procedures, under the supervision of Dr. Robin Arora. She is known for a light, natural touch, for explaining things in plain language, and for being genuinely excited when patients from Paintsville, Prestonsburg, Pikeville and across Eastern Kentucky no longer have to drive to Lexington for physician-supervised aesthetic care.

Dr. Robin Arora trained in nephrology at Tulane and brings an internist’s judgment to aesthetic and wellness medicine. He founded Serene Med Spa in Hudson, Ohio, expanded to Barboursville, West Virginia, and now to Paintsville, Kentucky — and he supervises every treatment protocol at all three offices.
As medical director, Dr. Arora sets the clinical standards the Paintsville team follows, reviews hormone lab work and treatment plans, and is available to Katrina and her patients whenever a physician’s input is needed. He is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and is a Biote Certified Provider.
